Verify the connection by pinging the ICMP Pingable Address shown in Jamf Security Cloud from an Azure instance that lives on a network subnet that was defined in the virtual network gateway configuration.
If the tunnel is in an "Active" state, but traffic is not routing between your end user devices and servers, verify the following:
You have configured an access policy correctly for the hostname being accessed, such that you see the connection requests in Jamf Security Cloud: .
Verify that all routing is configured correctly in your environment, not only with the Customer Gateway / VPN Connection, but with the other Azure objects you are trying to connect to.
If the connection does not come up after a few minutes, re-validate all configurations on both sides of the VPN connection.
