Step 3: Updating the Azure-Side IP Address in Jamf Security Cloud

  1. Select the newly created VPN Connection in Azure, then select Connection Details.
  2. Copy the displayed Azure IP Address.
  3. Navigate back to Jamf Security Cloud then click the Settings tab for the IPSec interconnect corresponding to this connection.
  4. Click Edit in the Connectivity and authentication section.
  5. Enter a random temporary IP address in the Your IPSec gateway IP addressfield.
  6. Click Save, then confirm the change when prompted.

Within a few minutes, Jamf Security Cloud will begin to initiate IPSec connections towards Azure as configured. If this is successful, the tunnel is marked as active in Jamf Security Cloud.

You will now be able to configure Access Policies to use this newly created gateway as a route.
