If your organization is considering changing identity providers (IdPs) or is already in the process of changing, you'll need to:
See the Jamf Connect Identity Provider Integrations page to confirm your new IdP is natively supported by Jamf Connect.
Re-configure account management capabilities in Self Service+ (formerly the Jamf Connect menu bar app).
Re-configure the login window. Re-configuring the login window involves additional steps that ensure your end users are not locked out of computers.
After this process, user accounts will need to sign in to Jamf Connect again once the change is completed.
