If you are unexpectedly prompted for a second factor:
Verify that Jamf Connect's Zero Trust Network Access is enabled in the Jamf Trust app.
Ensure that you've configured the Microsoft Authentication Access Policy in Jamf Security Cloud correctly.
Ensure that you've followed all steps for configuring Conditional Access policies, and that they are enabled.
Use the Azure Sign-In monitor report to look for possible mis-configurations.
Quit your browser to clear any caches that could be in use.
Try another browser if the problem persists.
