If you are unexpectedly prompted for a second factor:

  • Verify that Jamf Connect's Zero Trust Network Access is enabled in the Jamf Trust app.

  • Ensure that you've configured the Microsoft Authentication Access Policy in Jamf Security Cloud correctly.

  • Ensure that you've followed all steps for configuring Conditional Access policies, and that they are enabled.

  • Use the Azure Sign-In monitor report to look for possible mis-configurations.

  • Quit your browser to clear any caches that could be in use.

  • Try another browser if the problem persists.
