RapidIdentity is a cloud based identity provider that when configured with Jamf Connect, allows for centralized identity and account privilege permissions management. Users can create local macOS user accounts with their cloud based credentials. Administrators can grant or restrict administrator rights based on group membership. The Jamf Connect menu bar agent provides a simple location for users to update their password and keep the local password in sync with the cloud identity.
