Disabling the notify screen mechanism only prevents the notify screen from appearing on subsequent logins.
Execute the following command:
/user/local/bin/authchanger -reset -JamfConnect
The authchanger command will not quit the notify screen if it is currently running. Administrators can run this command as part of an onboarding script.
