The student and proctor open the video conferencing app and the student shares their screen with the proctor. Sharing the screen allows the proctor to view the assessment and student's web camera view in Jamf Assessment.
Note:If your school uses Jamf School, teachers can use the Remote Class feature in the Jamf Teacher app to invite the student to join the video conferencing app on their device. For more information, see Inviting Students to a Remote Class in the Jamf Teacher Guide for Teachers.
The student opens the Jamf Assessment app, which automatically opens the assessment URL configured in the managed app configuration. If enabled, the student can also view their web camera view.
The student takes the assessment in Jamf Assessment. The proctor monitors the assessment and the student's web camera, if enabled, using the video conferencing app.
