These roles have predetermined privileges and apply to Jamf Account only. Roles determine what types of Jamf communication users or contacts receive.

Administrator
Has access to every privilege and feature in Jamf Account. Administrators can create and assign roles to users or IdP groups.
Solutions administrator
Has the ability to make changes and view activation codes, Jamf Connect license files, and cloud upgrades
Solutions viewer

Has read-only access to Solutions in Jamf Account. Solutions viewers cannot access sensitive information, such as activation codes, Jamf Connect license files, or cloud upgrades.

Organization administrator
Has access to edit all users, contacts, and single sign-on (SSO) settings for the organization
Organization viewer
Has read-only access to Organization in Jamf Account
