These roles have predetermined privileges and apply to Jamf Account only. Roles determine what types of Jamf communication users or contacts receive.
- Administrator
- Has access to every privilege and feature in Jamf Account. Administrators can create and assign roles to users or IdP groups.
- Solutions administrator
- Has the ability to make changes and view activation codes, Jamf Connect license files, and cloud upgrades
- Solutions viewer
Has read-only access to Solutions in Jamf Account. Solutions viewers cannot access sensitive information, such as activation codes, Jamf Connect license files, or cloud upgrades.
- Organization administrator
- Has access to edit all users, contacts, and single sign-on (SSO) settings for the organization
- Organization viewer
- Has read-only access to Organization in Jamf Account
