Requirements

An SSO connection is added to Jamf Account with Microsoft Entra ID.

If an "Approval required" message displays when attempting to log in to Jamf Account, contact one of your organization's administrators to approve the request. They must have Microsoft Entra ID administrator credentials with at least one of the following roles:

  • Global Administrator

  • Application Administrator

  • Cloud Application Administrator
