You can transfer your Jamf training certifications from one Jamf ID email address to another. If you have more than one Jamf ID and would like to consolidate all of your Jamf training certifications under one Jamf ID, you can do so directly in Jamf Account.

Note:

You must be able to log in to both Jamf IDs to complete the certifications transfer.

  1. Log in to the Jamf Account portal with the Jamf ID you would like to transfer certifications from.
  2. Click Training.
  3. Click Your Training.
  4. Under Current Certifications, click Transfer my Certifications.
  5. Select Transfer from this Jamf ID and click Next.
  6. Click Generate Transfer Code, and then copy your code.
  7. Log out of Jamf Account, and then log back in with the Jamf ID you would like to transfer certifications to.
  8. Repeat steps two through four.
  9. Select Transfer to this Jamf ID and click Next.
  10. Paste your transfer code in the Certificate Transfer Code text box and click Transfer Certifications.

You will receive an email confirming the certifications transfer, and your training certifications will display under the new Jamf ID email address login.
