As a partner, you can submit and track deal registrations directly in Jamf Account. After you submit an opportunity, Jamf reviews the submission and notifies you of the outcome via email.

Requirements

You must have partner privileges in Jamf Account. If you do not have those privileges, contact your account representative to enable this feature. Click Resource Center in the lower-left corner of the page, and then click Contact Account Team.

  1. Log in to the Jamf Account portal. If you do not have an account, you can create one by clicking Create one now.
  2. Click Partners.
  3. Click Deal Registration.
  4. Click Register Opportunity in the upper-right corner.
  5. Identify if this is a new Jamf customer. If it is an existing customer, identify if this is a new product line.
  6. Enter the primary contact information for the customer.
  7. Enter the customer's company name, website, and other identifying details.
  8. Enter relevant information about the opportunity, such as product interest and deal context.
  9. Click Create.

A confirmation message displays in Jamf Account indicating your opportunity has been submitted. Jamf will review the submission within 72 hours.

To view submitted opportunities, navigate to Partners > Deal Registration. Jamf will notify you via email when an opportunity is submitted, approved, or denied.

Note:If your opportunity is denied, it is automatically routed to the standard quoting path. Contact your channel account manager for next steps.
