Partner Experience

As a partner, you can quickly view and manage active and prospective customers on the Partners dashboard in Jamf Account, and take action on customer accounts based on prioritized tasks. The Partners dashboard features at-a-glance metrics on customer license use, customer health scores, and customer and tenant growth. Pending management tasks are listed by importance, making prioritizing actions on customer accounts easier and more efficient. Manage the entire customer lifecycle—first trial, quote, purchasing, renewal, and ongoing health—in one place.
