To integrate your organization's identity provider (IdP) with Jamf Account, you must have the following capabilities:
Access to a Jamf ID with an Administrator or Organization administrator role in Jamf Account
Note:If your Jamf ID does not have the correct role assigned, check if another administrator at your organization has the role needed to set up SSO. If not, contact the Jamf Account team.For assistance, log in to Jamf Account, click Resource Center in the lower-left corner of the page, and then click Contact Jamf Account Team.
Access and ability to configure your domain's public DNS records
Administrative privileges to your IdP in order to configure a connected application and assign applicable users and groups
Administrative privileges to Jamf apps for which you enable your IdP connection, in order to create the necessary user accounts

Jamf Account currently supports OIDC, but does not support SAML.
