These roles have predetermined privileges and apply to Jamf Account only. Roles determine what types of Jamf communication users or contacts receive.
- Decision maker
- Stakeholder for strategic direction at your organization and the main point of contact for existing and new technology integrations and systems within your organization. Decision maker contacts receive email notifications from Jamf on product releases.
- Primary technical
- Works directly with Jamf products as part of their role at your organization and is the main point of contact for system administration and required changes. Primary technical contacts receive email notifications from Jamf on product releases.
- End user
- Uses Jamf products, but is not responsible for the administration of the products. End user contacts do not receive email communications.
- Finance
- Responsible for working with purchasing and payments at your organization. Finance contacts receive emails regarding purchasing and payments.
- None
- Contacts who do not suit one of the above roles. These contacts do not receive email communications.
