Generating a Renewal Quote

Automatically generate a renewal quote in Jamf Account. You can then view, amend, export, and purchase the renewal.

Requirements

You must have partner privileges in Jamf Account. If you do not have those privileges, contact your account representative to enable this feature. Click Resource Center in the lower-left corner of the page, and then click Contact Account Team.

  1. Log in to the Jamf Account portal. If you do not have an account, you can create one by clicking Create one now.
  2. Click Partners.
  3. Click Customers.
  4. Click Details next to the customer with the quote you want to renew.
  5. Click Process Renewal.

    A renewal quote is generated and displays in the Quotes tab.

  6. Click the Quotes tab, and then review and amend the quote using the Actions pop-up menu.
  7. Click Save and export or Check out to save or purchase the renewal.

If purchased, an invoice is sent to the Jamf partner account. The access and provisioning contact selected at checkout will receive instructions in the next 24-72 hours on how to access their products and how to schedule any services purchased.
