Your Jamf ID is associated with you as an individual. You can remove yourself from an organization and keep your Jamf ID.
If you want to remove a different user's Jamf ID from an organization, see User and Contact Management in Jamf Account.
Note:
Disconnecting your Jamf ID does not remove the ability to log in to other Jamf apps, such as Jamf Pro, Jamf Protect, and Jamf Security Cloud. Disconnecting your Jamf ID will remove access to Elevate.
Requirements
You must be able to log in to Jamf Account.
Note:
If you cannot log in to Jamf Account, contact support@jamf.com.
- Log in to the Jamf Account portal.
- Update your email address to an email not associated with the organization:
- Navigate to .
- Under Jamf ID Email, click Change.
- Update your email address and click Save.
- If your Jamf ID is still assigned to your organization, remove the assignment:
- Navigate to .
- Click Remove me from this organization.
- Confirm your previous training certificates still display on your account:
- Navigate to .
- Confirm all expected certificates display. If any are missing, contact training@jamf.com.
