Creating a Not-For-Resale Tenant

You can create not-for-resale (NFR) tenants. This allows you to test new features before assisting customers with them. NFR tenants expire after 365 days, unless manually extended or converted to a standard instance.

Note:The number of tenants you can create via Jamf Account is limited. If you have a use case for additional tenants, contact the Jamf Partner team.
Requirements

You must have partner privileges in Jamf Account. If you do not have those privileges, contact your account representative to enable this feature. Click Resource Center in the lower-left corner of the page, and then click Contact Account Team.

  1. Log in to the Jamf Account portal. If you do not have an account, you can create one by clicking Create one now.
  2. Click Solutions.
  3. Click Create NFR tenant.
  4. Choose a tenant type from the NFR type pop-up menu.
  5. Select a customer experience.
  6. Add a tenant name and contact email address.
    Note:

    The contact email address will receive onboarding emails. If the associated user does not already have a Jamf ID, one is created for them.

  7. Click Create tenant.
