Watch the Integrate PingOne with Jamf Account training video to learn how to configure SSO through Jamf Account.

  1. Log in to the PingOne console.
  2. Click Connections.
  3. Click Applications, and then click (+) Add on the right.
  4. Add a name, such as Jamf Account, and then click OIDC Web App under Application Type.
  5. Click Save.
  6. In the Configuration tab, scroll to find the Issuer URL, Client ID, and Client Secret. Copy and save for later.
  7. Click the pencil button in the right corner.
  8. Enter the region-specific redirect URI associated with your IdP configuration.
    • https://us.auth.jamf.com/login/callback

    • https://eu.auth.jamf.com/login/callback

    • https://au.auth.jamf.com/login/callback

    • https://jp.auth.jamf.com/login/callback

  9. Enter the signoff URL: https://account.jamf.com/logout.
  10. Click Save.
  11. In the Resources tab, click the pencil button.
  12. Under Scopes, select the following checkboxes:
    • address

    • email

    • phone

    • profile

  13. Click Save.
  14. In the Access tab, click the pencil button.
  15. Select the checkboxes for the groups you want to assign this app to.
  16. Click Save.

Your app integration is created. Before you connect your IdP with Jamf Account, you must verify your SSO domain. For instructions, see Verifying your SSO Domain in Jamf Account.
