As a current or prospective customer, you can add a user to your standard or trial tenant for Jamf Pro, Jamf Protect, or Jamf Security Cloud.
After the user is added, they can access the tenant by logging in to the Jamf Nation portal and using the app switcher in the top-left corner of the page.
- Jamf Pro
- Jamf recommends adding a user to a Jamf Pro tenant from Jamf Nation. To add a user, follow the instructions for Adding a Jamf ID User to your organization in Jamf Nation, and then click the Actions pop-up menu displayed next to the user and choose Add to Jamf Pro.
- Jamf Protect
- To add a user to a Jamf Protect tenant, log in to the macOS Security portal and follow the instructions for Creating Users in the macOS Security Portal in the Jamf Protect Documentation.
- Jamf Security Cloud
- To add a user to a Jamf Security Cloud tenant, log in to the Jamf Security Cloud portal and follow the instructions for Creating Administrator Accounts in the Jamf Security Cloud Portal Setup Guide.
