Integrations Management in Jamf Account (Beta)

Create and manage API integrations in a single location in Jamf Account. You can create integrations with granular permissions to access Jamf APIs through the Platform API Gateway, instead of managing them across separate product consoles. You must have access to Jamf Account and Jamf Pro, Jamf School, or Elevate, with Feedback Program privileges and Integrations privileges in Jamf Account.

To enroll in the Platform API Gateway beta, log in to Jamf Account and click Feedback Program, click Other under Available Feedback Programs, and then click Enroll next to the beta.

To access integrations management, log in to Jamf Account and navigate to Integrations.

For more information, see Integrations Management in Jamf Account (Beta).

OIDC-Based Single Sign-On (SSO) Enhancements

  • You can select the Send nonce checkbox in your SSO connection to add a nonce parameter to authentication requests for added security. Jamf recommends enabling this option unless your identity provider (IdP) does not support it. This checkbox is enabled by default for new connections.

  • Organizations that rely on a username or UPN instead of an email address can now log in to Jamf Account with their IdP. Certain features, such as those in the Training tab, will not be available. If you need to access Training, Jamf recommends using a Jamf ID.

Resolved Issues

  • Fixed: You cannot unset a username domain value in your IdP configuration.

  • Fixed: Jamf Insights may not appear when configuring your IdP.
