Managed Service Providers (MSP) Enhancements
You can create custom roles with Managed Service Provider permissions to define which of your customers can view, manage, and create resources within your organization. These privileges apply specifically to managing child accounts. The initial parent account will continue using the standard Jamf Account roles and privileges.
To create a custom role using these privileges, log in to Jamf Account, navigate to , and select the desired privileges.
Note:If you want customers to retain all Managed Service Provider permissions, you can assign customers the Administrator or Organization administrator role in Jamf Account.
