Account Relationships in Jamf Account

Users and contacts can have more than one role at related organizations, and navigate between organizations with the Associated accounts selector, which displays in the lower-left corner of Jamf Account.

Account administrators can view a list of all account relationships and their assigned roles, and add new relationships and roles to new and existing users under Organization > Relationships.

For more information, see Account Relationships in Jamf Account.

OIDC-Based Single Sign-On (SSO) Enhancements

Recently used identity provider (IdP) connections on the Jamf Account login page are now remembered for 31 days instead of 14. Previously remembered connections have been reset.

Partner Experience Enhancements

  • New privileges have been added to the Administrator role. Administrators can now view the dashboard, view contract orders and the licenses tab, view and update new and renewal quotes, and view and amend existing contracts.

    Note:

This does not affect custom roles. To add these abilities, edit and add the following privileges to a custom role:

    • Read Dashboard

    • Read/Update Orders

    • Read/Update Quotes

    • Read/Update Contracts

  • The customer health scores on the Partners dashboard display additional detailed content.

  • You can customize the customer table by reordering, displaying, or hiding columns.

Jamf Account Enhancements

  • Recently accessed accounts in the account switcher are now remembered for 180 days instead of 90.

  • RapidIdentity purchases now appear under the Solutions tab.

Deprecations and Removals

  • The Managed Service Providers (MSP) tab in Jamf Account was removed, and providers now have access to the partner experience via the Partners tab. For more information about the partner experience, see Partners in Jamf Account.

  • The Jamf Protect-specific default identity provider (IdP) group filter was removed. The new default filter aligns with Jamf Pro and Jamf Account, and allows all groups. Legacy IdP connections are not affected.

You can still limit groups by configuring a custom group filter. For more information, see Adding an SSO Connection in Jamf Account.
