To configure the Jamf Trust app, upload the activation profile (downloaded from Jamf Security Cloud as a .mobileconfig file) to Jamf Pro and deploy it as a configuration profile to target computers with the Jamf Trust app installed.
Requirements
An existing device identity activation profile in Jamf Security Cloud
- In Jamf Pro, click Computers in the sidebar.
- Click Configuration Profiles in the sidebar.
- Click Upload .
- Click Choose File, select the previously downloaded macOS configuration profile for Jamf Trust that was downloaded from Jamf Security Cloud, and then click Open.
- Click Upload .
- Use the General payload to configure basic settings, including the desired distribution method.
- Click the Scope tab and configure the scope of the profile to the computer level.
- Click Save .
