Jamf Infrastructure Manager instances that host a Healthcare Listener can be upgraded on Linux and Windows.
Jamf recommends that you work with your EMR Interface Team to ensure they are receiving ACK messages from Healthcare Listener, and have a queuing mechanism in place when ACK messages are not received. Upon confirmation, you are safe to disable Healthcare Listener in Jamf Pro, which will enable the queuing process with your Interface Team. During this time, you can update Jamf Pro.
