Source field mapping policies tell FusionID what to do when an identity has values for the same field coming from multiple source systems.
- Priority mapping
- The first source with a value is the priority. Use this policy for single-value identity fields such as email, first name, and last name.
- Additive mapping
- Values from all sources are combined into a unique list. Use this policy for array-type fields such as badge IDs, where you collect values from every source rather than choosing a single source.
