Before any external system can connect to the FusionID API, create a FusionIDAPI data object that represents the credentials and permissions of that system.

  1. Log in to the FusionID administrator portal.
  2. Navigate to Data Objects and create a new FusionIDAPI object.
  3. Enter a unique Client ID for the connecting system.
  4. Enter or generate a secure API Key.
  5. Configure the permission fields appropriate for this client.
  6. Click Save.
