Along with computers and mobile devices, you can also manage users and their associated details with Elevate. You can view all users at a glance or view an individual user record.
When viewing all users, you can choose between a list view or icon view. Both views display the number of devices assigned to each user, the user's email address and username, and if any of the user's devices currently carry security risks.
When viewing an individual user, you can see details like their name, email address, and phone number. You can also view the devices assigned to the user, view simple details about each device, and unassign the user from a device using the Action (•••) pop-up menu on a device panel. Individual user records contain the following sections:
- Information
- Displays username, full name, email address, and phone number
- Devices
- Displays each device assigned to the user. Each device panel also displays security risks, last check-in date and time, and group memberships.
