Requirements

To access Elevate, you must be able to log in to Jamf Account with a Jamf ID or identity provider (IdP), and be assigned the Elevate Access user role in Jamf Account. The Elevate Access role is automatically created and assigned to a user after they accept Jamf's Software License and Services Agreement.

Note:

If you do not have a Jamf ID, you can create one at account.jamf.com.

  1. Log in to the Jamf Account portal using your Jamf ID or IdP.
  2. On the homepage, click Set up on the Elevate banner.
  3. Review the Software License and Services Agreement, enable Jamf's AI Assistant if desired, and click Accept to access Elevate.
    Note:

If you want to enable or disable AI Assistant in the future, navigate to Organization > AI Assistant. Jamf recommends enabling all AI Assistant tools for full AI chat functionality.

  4. On the Elevate banner, click Log in.

You are logged in to Elevate and can follow the setup assistant to configure your environment.

If Elevate does not display in Jamf Account, click Resource Center in the lower-left corner of the page to contact your Jamf representative and confirm your organization has provisioned an Elevate environment.

If you are unable to log in to Elevate, ensure the Elevate Access role was created and assigned to your account by navigating to Organization > Roles & privileges. If the Elevate Access role was not created, you can manually create and assign the role.

User Access Error at Login

If a user from your organization attempts to log in to Elevate but has not been granted access, an error message appears stating, "Your user does not have access to the Elevate application. Reach out to your organization's support team to help resolve this." Administrators with edit users privileges in Jamf Account can grant users access to Elevate by assigning the Elevate Access role in Jamf Account. If this role was not automatically created during setup, you can manually create an Elevate administrator role.

Jamf recommends bookmarking your Elevate environment's URL for easy access in the future.
