Requirements

Profile-driven Device Enrollment must be configured in Elevate. To configure Profile-driven Device Enrollment, click Enrollment in the sidebar, and then click Set up on the Profile-driven Device Enrollment card.

  1. Navigate to the enrollment URL and QR code in Elevate under Enrollment > Profile-driven Device Enrollment.
  2. On the device, open a web browser and navigate to the enrollment URL, or scan the QR code using the camera.
  3. Enter the enrollment username and password, and then click Log in.
    Note:

    The username and password are customizable and can be viewed and edited on the Profile-driven Device Enrollment card.

  4. On the Assign to user screen, leave the field blank and click Enroll.
  5. When prompted to install the MDM profile, click Continue.
  6. Complete the MDM profile installation on the device.
    On mobile devices, navigate to Settings to install the profile. On computers, navigate to System Settings. The exact steps may vary depending on the OS version installed.

The device is enrolled and managed by Elevate. To verify enrollment, navigate to Devices > All Devices in Elevate and confirm the device appears in the list.
