In Elevate, Devices refers to both computers and mobile devices. "Computers" refers to Mac computers, while "mobile devices" refers to iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, and Apple Vision Pro devices. The Devices page gives you a comprehensive view of all enrolled devices and groups. You can also access individual device information, including the following:
- Details
- Includes hardware details (e.g., model, serial number, available storage), security details (e.g., passcode compliance, hardware encryption), and management details (e.g., supervision status, last inventory update)
- Apps
- Displays information related to apps deployed to the device, including installed apps and the installation status
- MDM Commands
- Displays available remote device commands (e.g., restart device, erase device) as well as details pertaining to pending and failed commands, their associated statuses, and when each command was sent
- Security
- Displays information related to device and network security, including a timeline of security-related events and their associated descriptions, details, and remediation steps
