Choose between Automated Device Enrollment or Profile-driven Device Enrollment.

With Automated Device Enrollment, you can set up and manage devices remotely. This is the easiest enrollment method for new devices.

With Profile-driven Device Enrollment, you can invite users to manually enroll their devices with Jamf. This works well for already owned devices.

  1. On the Elevate dashboard, locate the Configure device enrollment task and click Get started, or navigate to Configure device enrollment in the setup assistant.
  2. Choose your preferred enrollment method by doing one of the following.

    • For Automated Device Enrollment, download the token, click Continue, and then follow the animated guide and prompts. Click Continue to next task.

    • For Profile-driven Device Enrollment, click Skip.
