You can easily assign a user to a device in Elevate.
- In Elevate, click Devices in the sidebar.
- Next to the device you would like to assign a user, click the Action (•••) pop-up menu, and then click Assign user.
- Search by username or full name, and then click Choose next to the name.
- Click Save.
The assigned user's username displays next to the device. The device also displays on the user's individual user record. You can unassign a user with the same Action (•••) pop-up menu, or from the user's individual user record.
