After you create and publish an AI Governance policy, you must deploy it to your fleet with a blueprint.
Requirements
A published AI Governance policy in Jamf Account
- Use the app switcher in the upper-left corner of the Jamf Account page to access Jamf Pro.
- Click Blueprints in the sidebar.
- Click Create blueprint in the upper-right corner.
- Replace the variable Untitled blueprint with a name for the blueprint.
- Use the Components library pop-up menu to filter the type to "AI Governance" to locate your previously created AI Governance policy.
AI Governance policies are organized by product in the Components library, meaning that multiple policies exist inside of a single component. For example, if you created two separate policies for Claude Code, only one Claude Code component will appear in the Components library. You can choose which policy you want to deploy in step 7.
- Drag and drop the component from the Components library on the left to the section on the right.
- Click on the AI Governance component to configure its settings.
- Choose a policy from the AI policy pop-up menu.
- Choose a policy version from the Policy version pop-up menu.
- Click Save.
- (Optional) Configure an activation. For more information, see Scope and Activation Conditions in Blueprints in the Jamf Pro Blueprints Configuration Guide.
- Click the Scope card to configure the scope.
- Select the checkbox next to the computer groups you want to scope the blueprint to. You can filter computer groups based on group type (smart or static) or by group name by entering a group name in the Search field.
- Click Save.
- Click Deploy to deploy the blueprint to the configured device groups.
The policy is deployed to devices in scope.
